Summertime Menu

All of our meals are prepared freshly on board by our host.

DAY ONE

Morning Tea

  • Tea & Coffee with freshly baked biscuits

Lunch

  • An assortment of freshly baked rolls, meats, salads, fruits & condiments for you to make your own creation.

Afternoon Tea

  • Tea & coffee served with coconut lamingtons, an Aussie favourite.

Sunset Snacks

  • A selection of oven baked snacks & dipping sauces.

Dinner

  • Tender chicken thigh fillets, marinated in succulent honey mustard and mixed herbs. Served with a Greek salad of fresh cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and Spanish onion. Green beans with a tomato, onion, garlic and mushroom pasta bake. Warm crisp garlic bread.

Dessert

  • Chocolate Bavarian cake.

DAY TWO

Breakfast

  • A fresh tropical fruit salad served with yoghurt. Warm raisin toast, white & whole meal bread. Served with a wide variety of condiments, cereals & milk. Tea, coffee & juice.

Morning Tea

  • Tea & coffee served with an assortment of biscuits.

Lunch

  • Thick soft turkish bread topped with grilled chicken, tabouli, sundried tomatoes, avocado, onion & cheese lightly baked. Served with a fresh caeser salad and a creamy tuna & asparagus pasta salad also with a fresh seasonal fruit platter.

Afternoon Tea

  • Tea & Coffee served with fruit cake

Sunset Snacks

  • A large platter with cheese, carrot & celery sticks, kabana, crackers, corn chips and dips.

Dinner

  • Tender Porterhouse steaks in a secret marinade. Served with a creamy potato bake. Broccoli & Cauliflower in a cheese sauce served with a fresh garden salad and garlic bread.

Dessert

  • Chocolate & Caramel slice made fresh on the boat from our own secret recipe.

DAY THREE

Breakfast

  • Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, grilled tomatoes, toast, cereals, juice, tea & coffee.

Morning Tea

  • Tea & Coffee served with chocolate biscuits.

Lunch

  • BBQ sausages, freshly prepared coleslaw and creamy potato salad, and a fresh fruit platter.
